Reboot the media player.

Each enclosure has two media players. The bottom media palyer should drive the left panel and the top media player should drive the right panel. Press and hold the poewr button until the light turns red. Once the light turns red, press the power button again to boot the media player Wait 10-15 minutes to confirm if issue is resolved.
