Put the display on backup content.

Pull the HDMI 1 cable from the affected media player to induce failover mode and display the backup content. This is only a temporary workaround, and you should [contact your OTP](/contact-simplethink) immediately if this is the resolution. There may be other issues in the background preventing primary content from displaying. NOTE: If the left panel of the ODMB is displaying backup content, the integrated COD will not display customer orders.
