Reboot the controller.
The Dual Point controller is a small computer in the tech closet or mounted on the wall in the office. It is either a Lenovo, silver NCR or a HP thin client. Press the power button once to shut down the controller. Once the lights on the controller are off, press the power button again to power it back on.
